Getting back on track

From the last post you can see that I had a bad run. It contenued until I decided to stop for the night. I felt ok about the entire day until the very last set when I felt myself begin to tilt. As soon as my play suffered I called it a night.

The next day was more of the same. I wasn't ready to get back to the grind yet apparently. Strait out of the gate even standard coin flips where getting me tilty. I shut it down for the day. Turned of the poker client, shut down PT3, and turned off Table Ninja. I felt the need to forget about poker and regain my mental composure. If I can't play my best then its not worth playing.

Here is an overview of my month so far. Just 23 games behind pace.
