First full week

My first full week playing poker for a living has been fun. I no longer wake up early. I don't have anymore boring meetings that I don't want to go to. Its been sunshine and rainbows all around. My volume has always been my downfall. Its a self motivation that I don't seem to posses. Maybe I will grow into playing as many games as I had hoped. I really want to be at 250 games per day, 5k per month. So far I have fallen well behind pace. I think the coming of the next month will give me a new start and another chance to overcome my faults. For now though, I will leave you with this weeks graph.

The ugly dip in profits and EV is courtesy of my small sample of $20 games. I have run as bad in those as I have ever run. On the flip side I'm doing just fine at my $35s and $50s.

Going Pro

As of Sept 14th I have made the jump to play poker for a living. I will be playing Super turbos almost exclusively. I am currently 12 tabling the $10s but may be looking to move up to the $21s soon. I think I will continue to play the $10s until I stretch back into playing 16 tables at a time. I had a bad first day running about $250 under EV but have since taken off well. I will try to update weekly so that everyone watching can get a little experience for what it is like to rely on poker as your sole income.

Here was my first few days. I'll take it weekly from here on out.
