Some of the PokerVT members have begun doing their own recorded session for review. We all gather up on Skype and Mikogo to analyze each others play. Mostly we go over MTTs which I like learning about but don't have much if any inclination to play. However, during this process I ran into another member who plays 180 man sngs on Stars. After reviewing one of his games and seeing the flow of the game I decided to give them a try.
I began the month feeling the need for motivation. I played a game here and there but wasn't really putting in any volume. An idea came about between myself and "goathair", to do a volume only prop bet for the duration of the month. He is new to multitabling and is currently at home able to play 24/7, and I'm lazy so it works out fairly well. He puts in 8+ hours everyday playing sets of 4-6 tables. I come home from work and play a 2-3 hour block of 16 tables continuous. I began the bet about 110 games behind and over the last week we have held steady in our gap. I will need to get it in gear if I am to catch up. I have the next two days off but will fall even more behind tonight since I'm hanging out with my kids. Looks like I need to play 70 games per day more than him over the next two days.
I can.. and will.. do it!!
